In return for our 1% commission, J.S.De Management will:

a.. List your home with the appropriate multiple listing service

b.. Place a "For Sale" sign on your home or property

c.. Install a lock box on your front door. (A lock box is a secured depository for house keys enabling real estate agents access to the house to show prospective buyers)

d.. Schedule all appointments to view the property

e.. Negotiate all offers

f.. Guide clients from listing through closing

Everything you need -- and nothing you don't -- to sell your home:

To justify the discounted commission, J.S.De Management will not advertise the property. That's because, contrary to what most homeowners believe, and what traditional real estate brokers would have you believe: advertising a home does not sell it. Advertising, at best brings in customers for the real estate, office, and it is rare the listing agent is the one who sells your home. In fact, according to statistics, 85% of the time, an agent other than your listing agent, will sell your home. J.S.De Management most likely will not be the agent to show your home, We will coordinate scheduling appointments for prospective buyers with their brokers -- who can pick up the key at the lock box.

Nothing to lose -- except extra commission costs:

When you sign up for the 1% SOLUTION, you can cancel your agreement with J.S.De Management at any time -- without any fee or penalty. What's more, with our Exclusive Agency Agreement, you can sell your home on your own and owe us nothing. Most traditional real estate agents won't even consider such an agreement.
