J. S. De Management, Inc. was founded 35 years ago specifically to manage family owned residential apartment buildings, which had been built by the family’s patriarch, John De Rosa Sr. during the 1960s and 1970s.  In the 1990s, it began to manage residential properties outside the family’s portfolio.  By the late 1990s, John De Rosa Jr., the owner of J. S. De Management, decided to exploit the vast pool of knowledge in real estate which was not only passed on to him but learned first hand starting in the 1970s while working on construction sites when off from high school and college.

All too often, real estate professionals forget the meaning of the term “fiduciary responsibility”.  We never will.  If you’re selling your home, we won’t tell you what you want to hear just to secure a listing agreement. Whether a buyer or seller, you will always get our best hardnosed advice, even if that advice is unpleasant to hear.

After having lived in White Plains for 39 years, John now lives in Mount Kisco with his wife Cecilia and their teenage daughters Katrina and Rachel.
